Hi, I am Patrick and I am the Principle of Kingswood Mortgage Solutions Limited. I have worked in financial services arranging mortgages and protection for thousands of clients for nearly 18 years.
I started my career as an estate agency mortgage broker helping everyday people get on the property ladder and invest in the buy-to-let market, which I still enjoy doing to this day. Over the years I have gained a vast amount of mortgage industry experience and am now an expert in my field. Due to the increasing complexity of my typical enquiries, in 2015 I successfully transitioned away from working exclusively for estate agency clients and formed Kingswood Mortgage Solutions. We now have clients all over the UK and overseas and work closely with a network of introducers helping clients from across the complexity spectrum achieve their property goals.
